All visitors should register for an admission ticket through this online registration platform

Group Admission

Target:

  1. Travel agents (15 - 50 persons per session)
  2. Registered schools and Non-profit organisations (20 - 50 persons per session)

  • Each travel agent can apply for a maximum of three sessions per application. The number of quotas allocated for each session is 15 - 50 (including staff) on a first-come first-served basis.

  • A maximum of one session will be allocated to each application. The number of quotas allocated for each session is 20 - 50 (including staff) on a first-come first-served basis.
  • For schools, please download the “School Endorsement Form”. The form should be signed by the principal / the subject panel heads and stamped with the school chop. Please upload the completed form to the online registration form.
  • Registered school groups include kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, post-secondary institutions and universities, but except private schools offering educational courses such as tutorial, commercial, language and computer courses.

In case of an amber rainstorm warning signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning signal No. 3 or below, thunderstorm warning, or strong monsoon signal, the "teamLab: Continuous" exhibition will remain open. However, some exhibition areas may be temporarily closed depending on the situation.

In the event of inclement weather, such as the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 with the likelihood of hoisting Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, red rainstorm signal, black rainstorm signal or "Extreme Conditions", the "teamLab: Continuous" exhibition will be closed until further notice. Visitors who have booked sessions affected by the closure will be required to make a new booking for their visit.

Admission Arrangement

  • Only pre-registered visitors can enter the exhibition
  • The suggested visit duration is about 30 - 45 minutes
  • To allow more visitors to enjoy the show and to provide better visiting experience, we may conduct venue clearance as deemed necessary each night. Please follow our staff's instructions for the arrangement orderly.
  • In the exhibition area that requires pre-registration, please note that the ground may be uneven, and there are ramps and stairs in certain areas. Wheelchair users may use the visiting routes for wheelchairs.
  • The last entry time for the last session each day is 10:50pm. Visitors who arrive after the last entry time will not be admitted.
  • Visitors are advised to watch the introduction video to learn about the visit guidelines before admission.

Points to Note

  • Please arrive on time for your registered session.
  • Visitors are advised to keep moving forward and avoid prolonged stops during the visit.
  • Please maintain a quiet environment to get the best visiting experience
  • Please interact with the exhibits gently and avoid slapping them.
  • Pay attention to the surrounding audience and environment. Please maintain etiquette and order.
  • To create the atmosphere of the exhibition, the exhibition environment is dimly lit. All visitors, especially the elderlies and pregnant women, should be cautious when walking in the venue or interacting with the exhibits. If you need any assistance, please contact our staff.
  • For safety considerations, please follow the suggested visiting route and the instructions of our staff. To avoid accidents, please do not enter areas with densely packed exhibits.
  • Some artworks have strong lighting and loud audio effects that may cause momentary discomfort. Visitors should ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the exhibition. Please inform our staff immediately if you are not feeling well.
  • Please be aware of the uneven ground and some grass areas may be slippery and muddy. Please mind the steps in the venue.
  • Please wear comfortable flat shoes and avoid wearing high heels, slippers, sandals or any footwear that is unsuitable for walking on grass areas.
  • Please keep an eye on your children to ensure they do not get lost.
  • To ensure the safety of the visitors and protect the exhibits, please do not bring large luggage, strollers, large backpacks, or any items that may cause annoyance or inconvenience to other visitors.
  • The exhibition venue is an outdoor space susceptible to weather conditions. Visitors should be aware of high temperatures, cold weather, slippery floors, strong winds, etc. Visitors must ensure that their health conditions are suitable for visiting the exhibition.

All visitors must read and agree to the following terms and conditions before entering the exhibition area of “teamLab: Continuous” or joining any related events.

  • Each session is subject to a limited quota. Reservations will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  • Children under the age of 13 with a valid admission QR code for the visiting date must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket at all times. In case of doubt, our staff has the right to request an identity card or proof-of-age document for verification. Parents, guardians and/or adults accompanying the children are responsible for their conduct. They may be asked to leave the venue if the child obstructs, causes nuisance to others, or intentionally damages the exhibit installations. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participants from entering the venue and requesting them to leave the exhibition due to any misconduct.
  • The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) reserves the right to change the opening hours, suspend or cancel the exhibition without prior notice due to exhibition capacity, special events, repairs, maintenance, inclement weather or any other circumstances.   • All visitors are responsible for their own safety. The LCSD will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
  • While photography and filming are allowed, taking videos and photos for commercial purposes as well as live broadcasting at the venue are strictly prohibited (except prior approval is obtained from the Organiser). Please do not use tripods, selfie sticks or flashlights in the exhibition area.
  • Please safeguard your personal belongings. The LCSD is not responsible for any damage or loss.
  • Please help keep our facilities clean and decent. Do not write upon, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation or facility. The LCSD reserves the right to pursue legal action and request compensation for any damage to exhibition properties.
  • No eating/drinking/smoking is allowed in the exhibition area.
  • No loudhailer is allowed in the exhibition area.
  • Please adhere to house rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times. In the event of heavy crowds, visitors may have to queue and wait for admission.
  • No pets, explosives, dangerous goods, inflammable goods, sharp objects, scissors or anything that can be used as offensive weapons are allowed.
  • No goods with projection hazards, pressurised properties or any other items of similar consistency are allowed.
  • Dangerous or harmful items (fireworks, flares, dust, smoke grenades or any other type of pyrotechnic items) are prohibited.
  • Weapons of any kind or any objects that look or appear to be weapons or toy guns are prohibited.
  • No alcoholic drinks or any illegal drugs are allowed.
  • No large tripods, folding chairs, stools, etc. are allowed.
  • No remote control flying equipment or toys are allowed, including but not limited to model helicopters and drones.
  • Any items that are considered to be harmful, causing chaos, offensive or hindering the operation of the exhibition or its associated facilities (such as any flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, or leaflets with discriminatory or political connotations) and/or other promotional items and displays) are prohibited.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, add, or revoke any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or request any visitors who do not follow the above Terms and Conditions to leave the exhibition.
  • In case of any emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff and evacuate.
  • Regarding any dispute arising from the activities, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding.
