Tea Demonstration in Four Seasons

The choice of tea should differ according to the seasons so as to get the maximum benefits and help us stay robust in health, for the body and the mind. The Museum of Tea Ware has invited the tea-masters of Lock Cha Tea Shop and Sheung Yu Tea House to demonstrate various types of tea that can go with the seasons. Participants can feel the fragrance of scented tea in spring, the freshness of green tea in summer, the nourishing feelings of Oolong tea in autumn and the mellowness of dark tea in winter. Come and join us for this special experience.

Chao Yuk-wah, a disciple of the professor, is invited to introduce to children the mastery of the artist and his techniques for depicting living things. Talk-and-Demonstration Series: Discovering the Lineage of Lingnan School

Professor Chao Shao-an, the most significant contributor to the local and Chinese art scene, and a master of the Lingnan school of painting, had a lifelong pursuit of spreading the Lingnan blend of Eastern and Western schools, old and new, which characterised his unique brand of art. To mark Professor Chao's 110th birthday, Lingnan artists from four dedicated clubs and associations, namely, the To-day's Chinese Art Association, Chun Fung Art Club, Springtide Art Society and Emeraldville Arts Association, are invited to demonstrate both traditional and modern aspects of the Lingnan School of Art in Hong Kong.

The Good Old Days: Interactive Tour of “The Hong Kong Story”
