Wu Guangzhong
Wu Guangzhong gave his first ever and only live sketching demonstration in public in 2002. On the day of the event, it was pouring rain and Wu could hardly see the buildings on the other side of the harbour clearly. Relying on his own memories of the cityscape, he completed the sketch while looking at the hazy Victoria Harbour and expressed the hustle and bustle and vitality of the modern city with colourful dots.

Shen Ping
Clock Tower, Tsim Sha Tsui depicts one of the landmarks of Hong Kong, a place with deep historical and architectural value. The painting style is plain yet realistic, with soft tones and meticulous details, presenting an authentic scenery of the Clock Tower.

Wucius Wong
Waterfront is an early ink painting by Wucius Wong. By integrating traditional ink landscape painting with Western design concepts, this work portrays the scenery with the technique of knife-scraping ink, crisscrossing lines and abstract geometric elements.

This is a panoramic view of Hong Kong Island seen from Kowloon stretching from the East point to the city of Victoria. This painting depicts Hong Kong's prosperous days in the 1860s: sparkling waves rippling gently, majestic mountains rising over the land, busy waters bustling with Chinese and Western boats, and construction extending from the waterfront to the mid-levels.

2017
Wilson Shieh
Wilson Shieh used the city’s landmark buildings to represent the marvellous stories of the territory, while also implying its urban development. Painted in a meticulous style, the buildings are transformed through women’s clothing, showcasing the unique urban landscape of Hong Kong.
