Sea water has a high concentration of salt, which is harmful to dolphins' bodies. Therefore, dolphins would not drink sea water directly.
Dolphins' primary food are fish, squid, shrimp, jellyfish etc. When dolphins eat, their bodies process the food to take in enough water.
