- By submitting an entry in the Programme, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions described below.
- Little Museum KOL Programme (Programme) is organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (Organiser) and Rayma Limited is the appointed commissioner to implement this Programme.
- The application will close at noon 10 Aug 2026, 12:00PM. Submission received after the said period will not be considered.
- Entrants must submit their entries with parents' or guardians' consent.
- All personal information provided should be clear and valid and do not involve third party personal data. Entry forms submitted by participants shall be regarded as void if any required information on the enrollment form is missing, incomplete or unclear. Entrants are responsible for all legal liabilities if it gives rise to a threat of potential claims against the Organiser or third party involved.
- Successful applicants will receive an email, phone call, or message via an instant messaging app such as WhatsApp on or before 14 Aug 2026, with details about the programme and activity arrangements. Those who fail to re-confirm their attendance will lead to a withdrawal of spots. The organiser reserves the right to allocate spots to individuals on the waiting list without prior notice. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive a notification.
- Successful applicants who attend the activities in August or September will have the chance to be selected as a "Little Museum KOL Ambassador" for the year-end museum event from late October to early November 2026. Those who are unable to attend the year-end museum event will forfeit their eligibility for selection as a "Little Museum KOL Ambassador."
- The decisions of the organisers’ on the Programme results shall be final. Entrants shall raise no objection to the Programme results or rankings.
- Entrants shall agree to grant and assign exclusively to the Organiser all the intellectual property rights of the entries, photos, images, videos, or digital recording of any type.
- The Organiser and/or the Organising Partner (“we” or “us”, or “our”) and our affiliates have the right to display the entries (including but not limited to artworks, videos, audios and images), entrant's information, and photos, images, videos or digital recordings in any type taken during the Programme, whether edited or original, in any form of media for demonstration, publication, exhibition, promotion or any non-commercial activities, including but not limited to, uploading the entries and recordings to the website and Facebook page of the Organiser. The Organiser also has the authority to edit, translate, adapt, use, copy, broadcast and distribute, in whole or in part of the entries or recordings without any need for prior consent or payment of fees to the entrants (in any time, media, format and country/region).
- Entrants are to abide by the Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Programme, which shall be final. This includes the right to interpret, amend, cancel or suspend the terms and conditions, prizes and other arrangements of the Programme without prior notice.
- Organiser's decision shall be final if any matter arise.
